If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, just contact us so we can verify if delivery is possible.
Which courier will deliver my order?
We ship directly from our manufacturing facility using the best available route.
Typically handled by international carriers like PostNL, and delivered locally by your national postal service (e.g., Correos in Spain).
How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–3 business days
International transit: 7–21 business days

What if there’s a shipping delay?
If the tracking shows no updates for a long time, we’ll resend or refund, no drama.

We’ll send you a brand-new one.

Changed your mind?
You can return it within 30 days if unused and in original condition.

Orders
Order “unfulfilled” — what does that mean?
It simply means: your order is being prepared for shipment.
Once shipped, it will switch to “fulfilled” and you’ll receive tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as it’s not shipped yet.
Message us ASAP and we’ll take care of it.
Didn’t receive a confirmation email?
Check spam / promotions folder.
Still no? Contact support — we’ll resend it.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet — we’ll fix it.
If it’s already shipped — we’ll still try to help, but options may be limited.

Does it work with iPhone?
Yes — 100% compatible with Apple Find My.
Requires iOS 14.5 or later.
Does it work with Android?
Yes — we have a dedicated Android version compatible with Google Find My.
Just make sure to select the Android version before purchasing.
How do I pair the card?
Open Find My → Items → Add Item → Other Supported Item
Place the card near the iPhone — done.
How do I charge the card?
Drop it on any wireless charger — cable-free 🔋⚡
How long does the battery last?
About 3 months per charge.
How do I check battery level?
In the Find My app → Items → Select your card
Battery status will show at the top.
How do I reset the card?
Forget the item in Find My, then re-add it.
If you need help, we’ll guide you step by step.
Does it make a sound when I look for it?
Yes — you can make it ring from the Find My app 🔊
Can I share it with someone else?
Yes — simply remove it from your device and pair it to theirs.
Security & Privacy
Can someone else track me?
No chance.
If the card moves with a device that isn’t yours, your iPhone will warn you.
Do you track my location?
Never.
Only you can see it via Apple’s encrypted network.
